What if it rains?
If rain is forecast on your date and you would like the games set up indoors please inform us the day before your event. You can cancel hire of the games up to 24hours before your event. Bookings are non refundable but game hire can be transferred to another event and is valid for one year. Games must be used by original hirer.
How do I secure my booking?
To secure your date we ask for a £40 non-refundable deposit. We are very busy, especially in the spring and summer months, so we cannot hold dates until a deposit is paid. Unfortunately the deposit is strictly non-refundable as we often have to let other clients down. Full payment must be made at least one month before or game choices will be released to other clients.
How much extra is delivery, set up and collection?
Cost for this depends on your venue and games hired. Please note we are based in County Down. We deliver the games on the morning of your event, set them up and collect them again from 8pm . A later collection time can be discussed upon booking.
Can you help with a fun day/charity event?
We can offer competitively priced quotes and packages to suit your needs. We also offer supervision to help your event run smoothly.
What do you offer for a Birthday or Party?
We offer and put together bespoke packages to suit your needs and requests. We also source and design particular games that you might require.
